Meet Rebecca Stephens – "The Paint Lady"

Hi, I'm Rebecca Stephens—better known around here as The Paint Lady! Over the past year, I’ve been bringing creativity, community, and a splash of color to the Westport area through themed paint parties. Since launching, I’ve hosted 26 events at popular local venues, as well as private gatherings for special occasions. My classes regularly draw participants from Westport, Aberdeen, Ocean Shores, Seattle, and other nearby communities.

My paint parties are designed to be fun, relaxing, and accessible to all skill levels. Events typically range from 4 to 30 attendees, with an average price of $35. I currently have a growing client list of over 100 art lovers who receive regular updates about upcoming events.

How Did I Get Here?
A couple of years ago, I was working as a luggage delivery driver when I passed through Westport—and I instantly knew I had found my new home. It reminded me so much of my roots.

I grew up in Beaufort, South Carolina, a small fishing town much like Westport, where tourism ebbs and flows with the tides. That’s where I first learned to fish and crab—some of my all-time favorite pastimes.
