New Year, New Studio Perks for Our Members
2026 Pottery Open Studio Updates & More

We’re kicking off 2026 with expanded Pottery Open Studio hours and some exciting updates designed to give you more time, flexibility, and creative freedom in the studio.

Open Studio Hours:
Starting now, Open Studio will be available 1pm to 4pm, seven days a week.

Updated Pricing – More Value, Less Fuss:
As of January 1st, the Pottery Studio fee is $50 (up from $35), but here’s the great news:
🏵️ No more $5-per-visit studio fees! 🏵️
That means if you’re coming in regularly, you’ll be saving money every month — no more digging for cash or counting visits.

What’s Included in Your Fee:
Your $50 now covers everything you need to create your work:
  • 12.5 lbs of clay
  • Access to our full selection of glazes
  • Studio tools (including wheels, bats, and trimming tools)
  • Kiln firing
  • Creative enhancements like texture rollers, molds, cookie cutters, and shape tools to take your pieces to the next level.
  • Daily access to Open Studio hours to work at your own pace without the worry of additional expenses.

We’re looking forward to a vibrant year of creativity, connection, and community in the studio. As always, we appreciate your passion — and the incredible energy you bring to the South Beach Arts Association.

Our studio and gallery are entirely volunteer-run, and we’d be so grateful if you’d consider donating a bit of your time to help us keep our creative spaces clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone.

Thank you for making this space so special.

Stay muddy and inspired,
The SBAA Clay Studio Team/Board Members
